I’ve seen people theorize about Circe’s line “I’ve got you, don’t worry Circe’s got you now” as being

Telling the men that she’ll take care of them, that she can offer them a place to rest and recuperate

“I’ve got you” as in a trap, she’s got you and she’s not letting go motherfuckers

but I was watching @gigizetz’s animatic of Puppeteer and thought

…what if there was a third meaning, where she’s speaking about/to her nymphs?

Every time I go and watch a Gigi Young video, she never fails to be even more unhinged than my wildest expectations.

Like she's saying those Atlantean priest-kings had special powers because they were conceived under the right cosmic influences, and the exact knowledge of how to do this were part of the Feminine Mysteries, which are now lost to us except not really because royal families are still practicing this.

Also the Atlanteans lived in a hivemind and just knew the natural law automatically, but also they needed priestesses to teach them things. And of course, needed those priest-kings to rule them because that's something you somehow still need even though you're in a hivemind and already know everything.

Just learned about Gigi Young, and I gotta say, she's a fascinating character. Her handwringing conspiracy-theory nonsense is on par with any of H.P. Lovecraft's writings - evil groups trying to seize control of occult sites so they can control your mind through dreams, GMO produce being part of a Satanist conspiracy, etc. This is some of the worst reactionary bullshit I've ever seen and I literally grew up in a cult.
